Heavy or light? The intention changes everything.

When you’re training strength, your goal is to be heavy.
You’re trying to press yourself into the ground, get dense, and create as much force as possible. That heaviness naturally makes the rep slower—and that’s the point.

When you’re training speed, rhythm, or flow, the goal flips.
Now you’re trying to feel light.
You’re moving the kettlebell faster, lifting yourself off the ground a bit more, and letting the movement feel fluid instead of dense.

Two different intentions, two different outcomes:
➡️ Strength = be heavy
➡️ Speed = feel light

Ask yourself before each set:
Are you trying to be heavy or light?
