ANYONE can make Tea 🌈🌿🫖
It’s literally just boiling water and pouring it over herbs (or tea bags).
If you’re a beginner herbalist, this can be your super simple place to start.
Because if you can make tea… you can easily make at least 6 different kinds of herbal medicine:
1. Herbal Infusions - An infusion is a stronger more medicinal strength brew of tea which you make by steeping for longer, using more herbs and coving the top to keep in the steam.
2. Herbal Lattes - Add tea to your blender with milk, sweetener of choice and a knob of butter for a yummy coffee replacement, healthy sweet treat or yummy morning drink. I like to add a scoop of protein powder to get in extra protein too. Pour it over ice to make it cold.
3. Herbal Steams - Pour your steaming hot tea into a bowl and use as a steam for sinus irritation, clearing mucus, cough and cold, allergies, yoni steaming postpartum and more.
4. Herbal Baths and Foot Soaks - Add tea to your bath water or a large bowl for a foot soak. This is great for soothing stress, supporting sleep, healthy skin and much more.
5. Hair and Scalp Rinses - Create a tea to cool, and pour over your head and hair. Supports healthy hair and scalp, spray in your hair as a wave spray and more.
6. Herbal Broth - Adding herbs or tea to broth is a great way to boost vitamins and minerals and make an even healthier broth brew to add to soups, grains, hot chocolate and beyond!!
