She's in the shop getting a whole new control system installed.

The 24v motor controller comes with a 0-100% power usage digital display, forward / neutral / reverse toggle switch, and potentialmeter (throttle) knob with on/off click to start.
I used a 10' computer serial cable (21 pin I think) I got at a computer parts supply store. They didn't have the 16 pin round plug that was previously used.
I removed everything from the control box and added new everything!
