High Refresh rate gaming on Steam Deck
What happens when you connect your steam deck with a high refresh rate monitor?
Steam Deck connect to the external monitors with native resolution of 1080p with refresh rates configurable upto 120fps lock or unlimited options.
While the steam deck menu shows options of 60, 120 and 240 matching my monitor native refresh rates, they are in actual 30, 60 and 120 fps locks which I have confirmed during my testing.
The gaming on games which support unlimited frame caps and less demanding graphics would run amazing.
