The MEANEST Guys in Fallout 76
Prior to the Fallout Great War the Burrows had a different inhabitants. The tunnels originally occupied by a group of survivors were overuled and forced out by a gang called the Burrow Boys lead by a man called Marcus. Marcus viewed this as only natural believing that the mean guys always win. By 2102 Marcus had lost control of the burrows and is now overrun by ghouls by the time the vault dweller leaves the vault.
