How Paige's Past Changed Appalachia
Right after the great war Paige and other survivors took the last train out of Washington DC where he worked as the head of the construction workers union. Eventually arriving at the ruins of Pittsburgh, Paige and his group stayed there until it was too dangerous causing them to flee south. After hearing Appalachia might offer refuge he and his group of ex construction workers found Spruce Knob which they started to repurpose and dubbed “Foundation”.
