'Hide undetected and infiltrate enemy bases'. The tactical espionage action Metal Gear series was created in 1987 as an MSX2 exclusive title. It then moved from the original PlayStation to the PlayStation 3 and then to the PlayStation Portable. Regarded as the best story of the 20th century and the best game system of the 21st century, the Metal Gear series can be read as a saga. It is the story of two protagonists, Big Boss and Solid Snake, who have been fighting the world for almost 50 years, from the 1960s to the 2010s.
