Bangai 15 Hashikuraji - 箸蔵寺
Though not one of the official 88 temples, Bangai (Bekkaku) 15 - Hashikuraji - 箸蔵寺 is a temple you really should try and visit during your pilgrimage. It is one of, if not, the most out of the way and difficult temples to get to, but it is well worth the trip. It is a huge temple situate about 600 meters up a mountain after thousands of stairs. There are numerous buildings with enchanting animal carvings on them. If you do visit this temple, leave yourself plenty of time to do so. お遍路四国八十八か所番外（別格）15箸蔵寺
