Real Estate Investing deal #10 completed rehab walk through
We just completed the rehab process on real estate investing deal #10! The process took about 10 weeks to complete and included new flooring, paint, fixtures, landscape, and upgrades to the bathroom and kitchen.
Let's take a quick walk through tour of the completed product and see how the rehab turned out! I purchased this deal from a wholesaler as a part of a two property package deal and financed the purchase using a private money lender.
Financial Info:
Purchase price: 75k
Rehab: 18k
Rehab time: 10 weeks
ARV: 180K
