Composting Clay - Turning Clay into soil in 1 Year

Here is a video of what is left of clay that was put into the compost pile a year ago. As you can see there are still a few large chunks of clay but every time the pile is flipped they slowly vanish until you cannot recognize it.
At the end of the video you can see what perfect garden soil looks like. When you squeeze it as hard as you can it stays together for a second and then crumbles. If it was too sandy if wouldn't stay together and if it had too much clay it wouldn't crumble.
