Smokin' Joe’s Pit BBQ Trip
In this video the wifey and I made a trip out to El Paso, Texas to visit brother Joe from Smokin' Joe's Pit BBQ. It was an opportunity to get away for our 24th wedding anniversary and I got to hangout with brother Joe and work in his BBQ trailer. Thanks to brother Joe for allowing me to gain some great knowledge when it comes to running a concession trailer. If you're ever in El Paso you DEFINITELY need to stop by Joe's place for some killer BBQ.
