Lockhart FFA BBQ & Chili Cook-Off
In this video I traveled to Luling, TX to compete in the Lockhart FFA BBQ Cook-Off. This was my first time cooking this event and it turned out to be a good one. I had some issues with my brisket. I ended up burning the bottom of it but was able to savage it. Hope you enjoy the video.
