A little description of the Meetup:
You can join just for the group meditation, you don't have to try to hit the target. If you do it's a bonus!
IMPORTANT: Make sure to find close to a 45min Meditation of your choice beforehand. I will not be able to stream a live meditation over zoom because of copyright laws. If someone owns a meditation and would like to share it on a future Meetup, please let me know.
During an OBE experience, I've been working on hitting targets for 8 years and finding it very exciting and motivating. I've been somewhat successful on some rare attempts and want to continue experimenting and find others who enjoy doing this as well. I think it makes practicing OBEs fun with some verification. During Robert Monroe's early years exploring OBEs, he had many successful Out-of-body verification tests. Monroe did most of those tests in (Locale 1) the physical world.
Target 1: 5-digit/letter code containing numbers and letters. i.e. 84JY7
Target 2: Object I.e. Stuffed animal, grey wallet, gold ring, etc.
