-Why the Army was involved in this I believe was to give the US Army a psychic advantage in War. -One example is maybe they used this to find Saddam Hussein in his small bunker?
-The Consciousness Matrix - The universe is composed of interacting energy fields, some at rest and some in motion. It is, in and of itself, one gigantic hologram of unbelievable complexity.
-As Keith Floyd puts it: Contrary to what everyone knows is so, it may not be the brain that produces consciousness--but rather, consciousness that creates the appearance of the brain.......
-Gets into Self-Cognition. Does anyone think there are other animals or plants on this planet who are self-aware.... know that they know?
#18 - Time-Space Dimension - How the Gateway program can transcend the limitations of time-space is now being addressed. (Pretty dense stuff here)
-Physicists define time as a measurement of energy or force in motion. In other words, it is a measurement of change. Then this energy must be confined of some sort of vibratory pattern so that its confinement gives it the capacity for being contained at a specific location which is distinghishable from other locations (Space).
-The energy that it inactive infinity is termed as energy in its absolute state, or simply "The Absolute"
Between "the absolute" and the "Material" universe are dimensions to which human consciousness may gain access to altered states.
-This was interesting that human consciousness may continue to expand the horizons of its perceptual capability until it reaches the dimension of "the absolute" at which point perception stops because the Absolute generates no holograms of or about itself.
-IN intervening dimensions #19 area - to enter these dimensions, human consciousness must FOCUS their brain wave patterns to match the certain dimensional pattern...... We talked about it before like tuning in to a specific radio station channel.
-Out brain waves oscillate up and down with points of rest. For a brief instant, the energy reaches one of its two points of rest it "CLICKS OUT" of time-space and joins infinity. (There is a diagram which shows this)
-#20 Subatomic Particles area when he talks about how subatomic particles click out when they collide with each other and become entrained. (like when this happens with our brainwaves with other dimensions and our soul can communicate and experience these realms then we pop back into existence when we awake on the Earth frequency)
-Gets into particles that can travel faster than light called Tachyons. (I have also heard people talk about the speed of thought)
-#21 gets into the energy forms which inhabit those dimensions between time-space and the Absolute.
-The OOB state may be regarded as an extremely effective way of accelerating the process of enhancing consciousness and of interfacing with dimensions beyond time-space.
-#24 From Big Bang to Torus. (Torus looks like a donut) The universal hologram is often called a "Torus". because it is thought to have the overall shape of an immense, self-contained spiral. P16 diagram
-Next Meeting on Monday we will discuss anything up to page 26. Which includes missing page 25 which was released by the Monroe Institute and Dr. Scott Taylor from the Monroe Institute saying that the missing page was probably a mess up when the CIA released the documents. There is nothing special on page 25 that would cause the CIA to hold this page for a specific reason.
