What a wild and incredible year 2024 was—not just for me but for so many of my friends, clients, and people like YOU. As I start this year, I wanted to share a powerful lesson I learned during my last coaching session: the importance of celebrating your wins—big or small.
Like many of you, I often focus on what I didn’t accomplish instead of giving myself credit for everything I did achieve. Sound familiar? My coach challenged me to flip the script, and as I started listing my proudest moments of the year, my energy completely shifted.
What are you proud of? It made me realize something important—I’ve spent so much time chasing goals, but almost no time celebrating the wins along the way.
I decided to take this opportunity, the opportunity to make this video, to reflect on my biggest takeaways from 2024 and the shifts I’m carrying into 2025.
One word stands out for me: celebration. Celebrating myself, my team, my clients, and even the small steps of progress. Because when we celebrate, we create momentum, gratitude, and joy—and the universe loves to reward that.
So, let me ask you:
