What you'll need:
Pepperidge Farm Toffee Milk Chocolate cookies
Gelato Boy Coffee Chip ice cream
2 cups chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, peanuts, or almonds
What you'll do:
Place one cookie in each 1/2-Cup Anytime Freezer Tray slot, add a layer of ice cream, top with the another cookie and freeze. Once fully frozen, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a deep Anyday bowl, add the chopped nuts, and dip half of the sandwich in the mixture.
