Creating an Issue Log using No Code Tools - Part 1
Build a no code application to track issues, in this case, part quality issues.
In Part 1 we. are creating the templates and minor automations in Trello as the bedrock to this no code tool.

When we are finished, we will have an automated issue log in which we:
have a digital form for capturing key issue information
create an automated audit log of activity and key updates, accessible by managers and key stakeholders
track key statistics such as # of issues, backlog, and cycle time
automate dashboard creation and automated reports to be emailed
have a searchable repository of issues and resolutions that can be used for future problems, learning, training, and scaling.
