Visit to the Farm - Rebel T100 / 4000D Cinematic Short Film
A couple of months ago i and a couple of colleague students made a trip to a community in the Bono region of Ghana called "TANOBOASE". We were sent by University for development studies (UDS) on our third-trimester field practical program(TTFPP). And on our journey, I came along with my Canon REBEL T100/4000D Camera to capture every moment of our stay in TANOBOASE.
WHAT IS TTFPP?
The Third Trimester Field Programme (TTFPP) is an intensive community-based field practical training implanted by the university with the intent of holistically integrating academic work with that of community studies work for the total development of the Northern part of Ghana and the whole nation at large. It has its backing from PNDC LAW, ARTICLE 279 SECTION 3 of the 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana. Students from the first year through to the second year are assigned one of such selected communities. This unique program offers students from various faculties/ Schools of the university the opportunity to live and work together in selected communities to find out the challenges and potentials emanating from the communities. After which a report is written on the findings.
