A poem I wrote a couple of days ago, and more info on my future activity!
FOR AN OUT (title)
Mystery bestows,
Poisoned, he weeps
He no longer sleeps,
Eyes, red and straining,
Mouthing and complaining,
Aching for an outing.
She speaks
In flow, with a hungry, hasty tongue
And three foul beaks.
Her words intoxicate many a lung,
And any song sung.
I deem, dream and shout for an out,
Ignored,
I have been stored.
This nest of vengeful zest,
Is her trap,
For I am the poison she detests.
