Voidfish Duet - The Adventure Zone (String Duet Sheet Music)
I'll admit, I was a bit late to the pack when it came to The Adventure Zone. However, that doesn't change the fact that it is possibly one of the most inspiring things I've ever come across. I can't talk enough about how straight up amazing the story Griffin McElroy has woven is, in what started off as an average DnD podcast. It has twists, surprises, emotion, and humor, and listening to it was an experience I don't think I'll ever forget.
As soon as I heard this song, I knew I had to transcribe it. It wasn't even a difficult thing to do - the notes are literally given to the listener. But this part stood out to me, because even though it was such a simple scene, the music gave it a stunning amount of power that showed how seriously the McElroys were now taking this podcast.
So if you haven't given The Adventure Zone a listen yet, I would strongly recommend you do so. I wasn't a fan of podcasts, I wasn't a fan of DnD, and honestly I had only seen a little bit of other McElroy stuff before TAZ. But regardless of all that, nothing has ever managed to get me so excited, and I was so hooked that I got caught up embarrassingly fast.
