Maria Konopnicka Museum, Żarnowiec
Maria Konopnicka's life was no fairy tale, yet she was able to give so much of herself and her talent that her compatriots, wishing to honor the writer's quarter-century of creative work, gifted her with an estate in what was then Galicia – complete with an 18th-century manor house and surrounding park.
