Starfield Venus Exploration on Nvidia RTX 4050(High Settings)
I am exploring Venus in the Starfield game. The planet seems to have interesting architecture and sites. I generally put up this video in order to show performance of the Nvidia GTX 4050 on my MSI laptop.
Based on what I have seen, the Nvidia RTX 4050 runs the game quite well despite not having 8GB of ram. During my testing, the game on Venus ran with FPS of 50 to 60. There was no stuttering or freezes in the game.
The GPU was running on full capacity and VRAM was getting about half of the usage. While this isn't the best performance, I believe that the MSI Thin GF63 12VE is an excellent mid-range machine that can run such games.
I believe that the depiction of Venus is interesting.
Considering the planet's reputation for being a hot and uninhabitable place, I find this depiction to be quite refreshing and in line with the setting of the game and the era.
As a reminder, my computer is running with 16 GB of RAM and with a power i7-12650H running at 2.30 GHz. It can be overclocked to the 4.70GHZ range and has ten cores.
