The AlienGPT system in Galactic Civilizations IV is one of the most interesting features that I have ever seen in a science-fiction video game.
There are some recommendations that I would make.
1. Try to shorten the generation cycle
2. Create citizens based on the prompts.
3. Get the AI to create more consistent and better civilizations.
