How to Wall Flip | Tutorial - Free Running & Parkour
In this video, Ben and I teach you how to do a wall flip which is commonly seen performed by free runners. Some prerequisites for the move include a back flip on the trampoline, an assisted back flip, and a standing back tuck. The move primarily hinges on the take-off, so that is where we will spend most of our time in this tutorial. Stay flippin' awesome.
