Elite Dangerous raw materials can still be collected with limpets! ... kinda.
Recently, Limpets behaviors got tweaked and broke collecting things from the ground.
a way to get it to work again is:
hover up and away facing -45 degrees, until brain trees "de-spawn"
flip your cargo hatch towards the sky, and fire a ton of limpets. many will die, but some will work.
