Sesame Street ABC - 123
This is my playthrough of Sesame street ABC - 123.
Before I describe the game I will explain the process of how this ended up being what I uploaded.
I am trying to do some playthoughs and reviews, but almost every game I started playing and recording ended up being completely unplayable or just seemed too boring to watch.
So I have decided to take suggestions from random youtubers on what game I should play. Keep in mind i'm not going to just play every other popular game that just about everyone has already uploaded videos of. I want suggestions for games you tried to find and couldn't because people don't think they are popular or good enough.
The only ground rules for this is the game has to be actually beatable.
Gameplay - The gameplay is almost non existent. All you do is pick numbers, shapes , and jump in the letter-go-round thing. Although there doesn't seem to be much more intended for the game, so it does what it meant to I suppose.
Presentation - I feel the presentation is kind of mediocre. You get a small idea of what each stage consists of by the menu. This is not necessarily a bad thing though, since maybe it will teach kids to think about what to expect from reading the menus.
Sound - The sounds and music in this game are actually pretty cool. Probably the best part of the game besides big bird dancing.
Objective - I don't believe this game achieved what it meant to do. It is meant to be fun and rewarding. Only some of the games end up being fun, and big bird dancing was the only reward I enjoyed. Grover flying around pointing at himself was neat, but far too awkward to be enjoyable. I also do not believe this game really teaches kids much. Most kids will probably keep trying the different options until it lets them progress. This will work for some kids, but not others.
I hope you enjoyed my mediocre review of this game. I give it a 5/10.
