ATZO Share® V11.3 New Feature - Video Preview
Video Preview (Streaming) without Downloading
Multimedia files have become common across departments. It is no longer restricted to departments like marketing, sales, design or creative.
Previously in ATZO Share®, users had to download multimedia files (videos) to view it. This is takes up more space as such files are larger compared to documents.
Introducing ATZO Share's new ability to preview videos without downloading them offering both convenience and security at the same time!
Users can now preview a video in ATZO Share®, by right clicking on the video document and select “Preview”. A video preview window will be launched, and users can view the video first before downloading them (screenshot above).
Users can scan the video for specific content before deciding to download the entire video. In this way, it saves storage space in the users computer.
