In this video we’re going to look at how you might create an abstract typographic loop using only text animators in After Effects.
I’ll walk through the process of two animated segments, and in part 2 explain how you might stitch various different animation experiments like these together.
This is all about experimenting with text animators. Trying things out, leaning into unexpected results, and collecting a mish mash of random animations.
This is the repeat expression I use in this video (replace X with the number of repetitions you want across and then down):
