Best Dividend Aristocrats Based on SCHD Methodology!!
The dividend aristocrats are an elite group of dividend stocks with a history of at least 25 years of consecutive dividend growth. This measure alone makes them excellent dividend stocks to consider for your portfolio. But as investors we always seek a better way to find dividend stocks. Instead of thinking of random ways to select stocks its best to borrow or built upon already existing strategies that are proven to work. After my last video I was curious how difficult it would be to borrow SCHD's strategy or rather the strategy of its underlying index, the Dow Jones US Dividend 100 Index. And apply this stock selection process to the Dividend Aristocrats. It turns out that it's not difficult at all. Here are the results and what I intend to do with them. Enjoy!
