Francien Lamers-Winkelman and Merijn van de Vliet lecture
Lecture “THE HORIZON: TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE SURVIVORS, THEIR NON-OFFENDING PARENTS AND FOR HELPERS” was held by Francien Lamers-Winkelman and Merijn van de Vliet lecture on 5th December, 2023.
During the lecture, they shared how proffessionals can work with children and their parents to talk about the impact of the traumatic experiences of their lives, how to cope with their network and surrounding and how they can talk about the secrets in the future as well as the limitations on the side of caretaker(s) and (over)protection during child's upbringing.
