Introduction to MaxMSP: Converting Ranges of Values
Almost any task in MaxMSP will require a set of values to be scaled or otherwise altered to suit the purpose. This tutorial explains and demonstrates the principles behind scaling ranges of values using mathematical operator objects, and also introduces the zmap object.
