In this video, we caught plenty small fish in season that would normally take hours of descaling and cleaning, so we hit two birds with one stone (double hooked fish!) by developing a cleaning process and by learning about Quality Assurance processes. Confused? Certainly an important subject in business and industry where some students confuse the terms used: Process, Procedure, and Work Instruction and unconfuse them in the last 35 seconds.
