How to Make the Perfect Sazerac
Sazerac
2 oz / 60 ml Rye whiskey (I used @sazeracrye )
2-3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
1 barspoon simple syrup
Absinthe, to rinse or spritz glass
Lemon peel for garnish
Spritz or rinse glass with absinthe. Stir whiskey, bitters and sugar with ice and strain into the absinthe spritzed glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
