Dysturb
In a time when the distrust for the media is important, it is more critical and urgent than ever to find new ways to reach an audience that doesn’t necessarily read, watch or listen to the news, especially the youth.
Education is crucial in getting the youth to learn how to get informed, and not spread misinformation. Which is why the news organization I run, Dysturb, places photojournalism in public spaces including schools, universities and city hubs, to raise awareness and deliver news to a wider audience.
During my year as a JSK Fellow at Stanford, I was able to reflect on how to engage the audience further and design more impactful news-based experiences.
