Zotero: reference manager & reader for papers & books
Mem: AI powered writing/notes app
Organizational + Communication Apps:
Fantastical: calendar app
Slack: team communication
ClickUp: project planning app
Notion: centralized hub/wikki for organizing research projects, content, personal things, etc.
Copilot: managing finances
Design Apps:
Pitch: for making presentations
Canva: creating graphics, content, etc.
Air: organizing all of mypictures and videos so that they’re easy to find for content creation
