Russia is openly threatening to destroy the Ukrainian capital. Iran has been officially labeled a "state of madmen." Cuba and Venezuela are next in line in Russia's disintegrating orbit. And while all this is happening, Trump and Xi are meeting and rewriting the rules by which the world will live for decades.

In this episode of Dario Kavkaz, we feature Konstantin Borovoy, a Russian politician and economist who has been a consistent opponent of the Kremlin since the 1990s, and Kote Rizhamadze. We examine four stories that will shape the coming weeks:

— Kyiv and Moscow on the brink of an exchange of blows. What lies behind Lavrov's threat
— "Madmen in power in Iran." The phrase and what lies behind it
— Cuba and Venezuela will have to wait. The shrinking of Russia's orbit of influence
— Xi and Trump: new rules and the architecture of the future world

This is Dario Kavkaz. We broadcast from Georgia and the United States. We connect different points of view into a single narrative. Without sponsors and without funding.
