The Brand That Took Over For Porsche
There was this weird time where Porsche had a exclusivity deal with EA and so no racing games other than Need for Speed has Porsches in them. So with that game studios decided to put in the next best thing, RUFs. This little brand of Porsche modifiers and in house car manufactures held the title of Porsche in these games for a while before being swiftly forgotten about.
