Hinkley Point C | Delivery of the polar crane beams
Giant 44m long polar crane beams were delivered safely to the Hinkley Point C construction site over the weekend after travelling by sea, river and road.
These are critical parts for the crane that will rotate 360° at the top of the second nuclear reactor building. It will be used to install heavy equipment during construction, such as the reactor and steam generators.
