Homemade ice cream in 3 minutes
Ingredients:
500 ml cream of any fat content
250 ml sweet condensed milk
Strawberry jam and strawberry
Recipe:
Whisk the cream for 2-3 minutes until light peaks. Add condensed milk and mix well. Cover with a plastic wrap and send to the freezer for 40 minutes. Then take out and mix to remove clumps and pieces of ice. Send it to the freezer again for another 40 minutes. Repeat this step one more time.
After the third mixing, transfer to the container and cover with a plastic wrap and send to the freezer until it freezes completely.
