Geeps, CPL's, and a Coal Train on the Appalachian and Ohio
In May of 2024, I was able to shoot daylight action along the A&O railroad which mainly runs at night with the exception of during the summer with longer days. We chased their freight local AOR-1 from Buckhannon north and while they were working the West Virginia Central interchange at Tygard Jct a NG-1 was returning from Grafton with a fresh set of empties to be loaded at Sentinel.
