Reflecting on my journey, I realize the most impactful connections I’ve made with successful individuals happened when they shared their failures with me. Vulnerability bridges the gap between us, reminding everyone that we’re not superheroes. We don't have everything figured out, but we’ve been fortunate to learn valuable insights. Now, it’s our gift and responsibility to share that knowledge.
Just like our faith, once we understand the power of salvation and the love of Jesus, we can’t keep it to ourselves. As our confidence grows in Christ and in business, we shift from worrying about pushing people away to focusing on finding the right people to connect with.
