The V-machine (SM Pro Audio) as multi-timbral sound-module.
This video shows how to set up your V-machine as a multi-timbral sound-module, using the discontinued VST Samplelord and a GM soundfont file, sf2. Each of the 16 MIDI chanels are assigned to different instruments. Hence, it is also possible to switch fastly between different sounds, by changing MIDI channel on the controller.
