Consistently Deliver Quality Coffee (And Scale)
We met up with Jaroslav Tuček at the Doubleshot roastery, just outside of Prague’s city limits. Tuček is one of the founders of Doubleshot, the first specialty coffee roastery in the Czech Republic to source directly from coffee producers—a trait that still defines them today.
Since their conception in 2010, Doubleshot now comprises of four cafes, a training center, and a roastery that roasts 12 tons of coffee per month.
In this interview, Tuček talks about how switching to automated color-sorting was necessary to scale their business and how they use the SOVDA Pearl Mini to consistently deliver quality coffee.
