Generally, tires are made from virgin rubber, plus some percentage of reclaim rubber. The raw material needs to be processed in a rubber processing center, which involves such machineries as Bunbury mixer, open mixing mill, refiner mill, rubber strainer, vacuum press etc., which cost a lot of electricity, labor, and money
However, there is a very simple and efficient way to make solid tires from rubber powder itself, without the reclaim rubber process, or rubber processing center.
The raw material comes from End-of-Lift tires, just crush them into rubber powder by cracker mill, or rubber grinding mill, and remove the wires and fiber. Then feed the wire free and fiber free rubber powder into special made pressing machine to get the solid wires.
