Step 1: Cut the whole tires into three pieces. Two pieces of tire side walls and one piece of tire crown (the center portion) by waste tire side wall cutting machine
Step 2: cut the tire side wall into rubber blocks by strip cutter and block cutter
Step 3: cut the tire crown, the center portion of OTR tire into strip first, and followed by tire chopper to cut it into rubber blocks.
