It's FSC Friday! This year, it's all about the fight against climate change and climate-smart forestry. The Forest Stewardship Council™(FSC™) is positioned as climate-smart forestry due to its specific practices such as encouraging longer rotations, safeguarding High Conservation Value forests, honouring and restoring the rights of indigenous people to access and shape the future of the places they rely on and call home, etc.
At Preferred by Nature, we are proud to have certified around one third of FSC forestlands around the world.
