Timelapse footage captures Ceršak bridge installation / Most Ceršak, posnetek s časovnim zamikom
Timelapse video has captured how Ceršak bridge was installed. A 87.6-meter long structure was installed in a single move, with a 650-ton crane, without temporary supports in the riverbed, directly onto the suspended cables. Lifting, positioning and assembly of the bridge took approximately 12 hours.
Once completed, the new wooden suspension footbridge will connect Slovenia (Ceršak) and Austria (Straß). It will be the main link over the bordering Mura River, along the international cyclist’s path.
The works were carried out by the companies Pomgrad, Teufelberger-Redaelli, BS VAR, Šušteršič, Up2Plan and Knuplež. Ponting Bridges designed the footbridge, and, due to complexity of the project, also provided site and construction supervision.

Posnetek s časovnim zamikom je ujel postopek montaže mostu Ceršak. 87,6 metra dolga konstrukcija je bila izvedena v enem samem koraku, s 650-tonskim žerjavom, brez začasnih podpor v strugi, neposredno na viseče vrvi. Dvigovanje, pozicioniranje in montaža mostu so trajali približno 12 ur.
Ko bo dokončan, bo nov lesen viseči most povezal Slovenijo (Ceršak) in Avstrijo (Straß). To bo glavna povezava čez mejno reko Muro, vzdolž mednarodne kolesarske poti.
Dela so izvedla podjetja Pomgrad, Teufelberger-Redaelli, Šušteršič, BS VAR, Up2Plan in Knuplež. Most smo projektirali v inženirskem biroju Ponting, zaradi zahtevnosti projekta smo v celoti prevzeli tudi gradbeni nadzor.
