Compared to the normal spring market, when things are going crazy, we are not quite as busy as normal, BUT in the TRIANGLE MARKET things are definitely still steady! We're still selling homes almost as quickly as usual, and in many cases buyers are still having to compete in multiple offer situations to win the home. There might be some great opportunities to be had right now for sellers: there are plenty of buyers that need to buy right now, and some sellers are hesitating to list, so this could actually be a fantastic time to sell, because you'll have less competition.
