Ingredients
500 grams of flour without baking powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 grams of vegetable shortening or melted butter
10 grams of salt or 1 teaspoon
300 ml of warm water
Egg yolk with water for brushing the bread
Oven 200°C for 30 minutes
