Fortnite is Killing Gaming and Youtube
The entire gaming scene is quickly going downhill because of Fortnite. Huge franchises and games are losing thousands of players daily, content creators are quitting, and people are giving up on these games. Fortnite has completely taken over playerbases from thousands of different games destroying communities in the process. Youtubers with hundreds of thousands of subscribers are losing their fanbases and having to give up on their channels. Now what happens when Fortnite dies? Everything can't go back to the way it was, I'm not sure what to expect from this market in the future and it could be unlike anything we've ever seen.
I want to hear your opinion on whether or not you think Fortnite is killing gaming and youtube. What do you think gaming will be like after Fortnite is dead? When will Fortnite die? Will all games be free with players paying for cosmetic items in the future? I'm curious to see how all this pans out.
